What we do
Piled Rafts
Job dug to correct depth with a 50mm blinding of sand, piles cut to correct height and clayboard wraped in polythene reinforced steel placed before being concreted.
Ground Beams
Piles in place with ground beam dug cellcore and claymaster in place with reinforced steel cages placed before being concreted.
Block and Beam
Block and Beam floor laid to specified floor plan, washed with sharp sand and cement to lock Block and Beam in place.
